Payment/ Return policy A credit/debit card may be required to remain in our secured file at all times. You may update your card information by calling our staff to add that information to your account. Clients are required to pay for the products in full at time of purchase. This amount will be refunded in full if client request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If the credit transaction is declined, the client will be notified via email. If the client chooses to be notified by other means of communication, they must notify Alpha Omega 7 via out online contact page. All transactions that are declined Alpha Omega 7 reserves the right to collect a returned item fee of 35 dollars within 30 days of notification of the returned item.
